Welcome to Gardener Kentish Town. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Service Agreement
Our services encompass a wide range of gardening tasks, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, plant care, landscape design, and seasonal clean-ups. Each service will be outlined in a separate service agreement, detailing the scope, duration, and cost.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings can be made through our online platform or by contacting our customer service team. We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule; however, availability cannot be guaranteed and is subject to change.
2.1 Confirmation
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the date and time of service. Please review the details carefully and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.
2.2 Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may be subject to additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
3.1 Pricing
- Lawn Maintenance: £30 per visit
- Plant Care: £25 per hour
- Landscape Design: £500 per project
3.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per month. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of scheduled services. Please notify us as soon as possible.
4.1 Cancellation Fees
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.
5. Liability and Insurance
Gardener Kentish Town is insured to cover any accidental damage caused during the provision of our services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages resulting from factors beyond our control.
5.1 Client Responsibilities
- Ensure the work area is accessible and free from obstructions.
- Inform us of any known hazards or specific care instructions for your garden.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Gardener Kentish Town reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if these Terms and Conditions are violated. In such cases, any outstanding payments become due, and no refunds will be provided.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
